Hello! I am Daniel Arndt from Freising, Germany.

I completed my MSc and BSc in electrical and computer engineering at Technical University of Munich from 2020 to 2025, primarily focusing on high frequency engineering.

As part of the TeraWireless project, I am currently a PhD candidate at ANTERAL, in Pamplona, Spain. My research focuses on engineering super-directive hybrid analog-digital UM-MIMO antenna arrays, and hybrid beamforming algorithms. I will also perform full-wave electromagnetic simulations of densely packed, superdirective arrays, and integrate system-level link-budget and signal-processing simulations. In collaboration with ANTERAL’s team and UPNA facilities I will fabricate sub-wavelength antenna elements and control electronics to later set up and carry out laboratory characterization, to support the project goals.

Being part of the TeraWireless project provides a unique opportunity to collaborate internationally, while contributing to interesting research in the field of wireless communication.
